The Futlab Program with The Showcase is a groundbreaking platform designed for talented football players aged 15 to 23, offering a structured environment where players can earn the chance to be recruited by top-tier European teams.
Held annually in July, this one-week intensive program sees players competing in front of scouts, agents, and club representatives from elite European leagues. Those who impress may have their stay extended for another week, fully covered by the selecting club.
This event provides a direct path to professional clubs and exposes participants to European-style training, competitive matchplay, and mentorship from influential figures in the soccer industry.
The NoscaJ Fußball Agency Program, based in Düsseldorf, Germany, is an exclusive platform for talented football players aged 15 to 27, offering a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to break into the competitive world of European football. This program provides players with a structured pathway to showcase their talent and secure contracts with professional clubs in Germany’s first (1st) to third (3rd) divisions, as well as entry points for exceptional players aged 23 to 27 in divisions six (6) to four (4), with potential progression to division three (3) or even higher depending on their performance.
The program is designed to maximize exposure and development, running twice a year during two key periods: January 5th to February 4th and June 18th to July 18th. Over the course of one month, participants undergo an intensive training and trial period structured to ensure optimal preparation and maximum visibility to professional clubs. For younger players aged 15 to 23, the NoscaJ Fußball Agency Program is an accelerated pathway to signing with first (1st) to third (3rd) division teams, where clubs seek to develop and integrate new talents into their professional structures.
